NEW! Sundrop Flower Granny Square Bag - Crochet Kit

Hook up a beautiful bag covered in a meadow of crochet flowers with this new crochet bag kit, designed by Sharon Oldfield at Cotton Pod. Sharon took her inspiration from mid century modern textile and wallpaper designs of the 1950's and 1960's. 

The granny square used in the bag is named after the Sundrop flower, a four petaled flower species belonging to the Evening Primrose family. It is native to North America, liking open habitats, including dry woodland, rocky outcrops and moist savannas. (The Disney Movie Tangled features a Sundrop flower but theirs looks more like a Lily).

Kit Contents:

• 12 page printed pattern booklet, written using UK crochet terminology. It includes yarn details (with an alternative suggestion) a stitch diagram, clear instructions and photos to guide you through the making process. Difficulty is Easy to Intermediate.

To complete the bag you will also need:

• 5mm crochet hook
• small scissors
• stitch marker
• darning needle
